Organization & accountability

Earn trust through
the way we work.

Twelve proposed departments connect community purpose with clear responsibilities and measurable results.

A lean team, a complete mission.

Departments describe the work ACT needs, rather than twelve separate management teams. Shared leads can support several functions at launch. Human board oversight, professional review and documented authority underpin delivery.
